Home is really where the heart is. It is where we live in harmony and the atmosphere helps us feel at ease and secure. Taking a glimpse as the sun rises and the birds chirping would lighten your feeling and cheer you up. In contrary, if your house is untidy, tupsy turvy, unorganized and has poor ventilation, then you might find it an addition to your burdens. But, your house can look better and can become a better place to live with trough different and exciting ways.

After waking up from bed, how would it feel like when you have a wonderful window to lean and see the beauty of the world? Well, I have a tip for ya! You could put a quality custom blinds which will make your space wonderful. You may also consider adding roman shades to make it look exotic! Perhaps, if your friends see a Wood blinds with made with real basswood, it will take their breath and will ought to have one!

They reside in my hard drives, sound and safe! I’m afraid this is not all that I have and I had because some of them I decided to delete because of my hard drive space limits and some has bad qualities while some are technically and definitely stupid productions. I also have bunch of DVDs in my closet. Now you see how insane I am when it comes to movies, but hey, that’s not all! You knew me as a naruto freak, so its better you assume I also have videos and dvds of it!hahaha… I do not really posses them all, neither I downloaded them all. Few were from my friends and classmates, and most are products of my unparalleled patience for my ISP’s fucking(forgive the language) service. You might have noticed that there were emo and kikay movies, those are special requests from my cousin and friends… My favorite movies are those who fall in the suspense, crime, thriller, horror and comedy genre. And now that the damn exams are over, we can soak ourselves in front of the television and monitors! More movies to come and always stay updated!

Well, that’s all about it. Should you wish to have one of those, don’t hesitate to bother me… JUST DONT BE A LEECHER AND A PARASITE okay?

I just watched wanted!

Just this afternoon after we attended the Davao Cyber Expo events, me and my classmates decided to watch this movie. Me and Joseph were about to leave the 2nd floor of the NCCC mall of Davao but all of a sudden someone’s hand grabbed us back and when I turned back it was Egon. He asked us if we wanted to go with them and watch the movie. I was anticipating that they were already watching the movie in that instance because we saw them on their way up and our schoolmate Kakay told us that they were about to watch the movie. I was triggered and I was supposed to go with them but it was too late so I just stayed with them in the food court. We waited for about 50 minutes and talked about things. on our way up, we visited the childres’s corner, the one with many kids’ stuff and tiys and we explored kiddie toys and olayed some of them. And guess what? I have discovered that they were selling a Forehead Protector(the one you can see on a konoha ninja/ konoha shinobi in naruto) and ninja gloves. I was thinking of buying them but I didn’t not because I was ashamed but I just don’t feel. I saw the same items on the ground floor at the Davao Cyber Expo Corner but hell it cost much. Anyway, back in the story. As we were walking down the aisles, we saw small stuffs and my companions kept on mentioning our ever cute classmate liit, uttering words like "kuan mani ni liit oh…" hehehe… I was wondering if She stumbled many times or she bit her tongue many times. When we reached the cinema area, we bought foods afterwhich we entered the hall and Joseph got separated with us coz’ he didn’t join us watch the movie. I was with Jopal, Brylle, Egon, Bamboo, Sean, Vincent, and my brother-wanna be Porpi… (Did I miss someone?) It was so damn cold there… The movie is so amazing, it’s a thriller crime suspense…etc(just visit imdb for complete details…hehehe). I also found it funny because there were sexy scenes and the lead actor looked like so idiot and stupid at the early part. The one that struck us most was when the lead actor was trained by a fat meat guy who was very skilled with knives… He kept saying ""PUSSY!" the story’s climax was when the assumed villain confessed and revealed the truth that he was the real father of the lead actor… The story ended with the hollywood hottie Angelina killed all her coleague includeing herself by pulling the trigger of her gun and shut the bullet in a perfect curve which killed them all except the bida because she didn’t screw the code of the fraternity… When we got out of the hall, we kept saying pussy and Porpi immediately started acting like an assasin which was so hilarious… We went to the bowling and billiard area for a while and watched little kids play, they were pretty skilled! We went down and after that I separated with them and I’ve gone home… What a day! hehehe…

Tony Stark is the complete playboy who also happens to be an engineering genius. While in Afghanistan demonstrating a new missile he’s captured and wounded. His captors want him to assemble a missile for them but instead he creates an armored suit and a means to prevent his death from the shrapnel left in his chest by the attack. He uses the armored suit to escape. Back in the U.S. he announces his company will cease making weapons and he begins work on an updated armored suit only to find that Obadiah Stane, his second in command at Stark industries has been selling Stark weapons to the insurgents. He uses his new suit to return to Afghanistan to destroy the arms and then to stop Stane from misusing his research.

I’m currently downloading a telesync version of this one. Im so excited, right now it jas reached 96% and it’s almost done! I’m sure I’m gonna love it and so might you! Another blockbuster hit!

Friday the 13th is unlucky? Not anymore!

AMSTERDAM - Unlucky for some? Dutch statisticians have established that Friday 13th, a date regarded in many countries as inauspicious, is actually safer than an average Friday.

A study published on Thursday by the Dutch Centre for Insurance Statistics showed that fewer accidents and reports of fire and theft occur when the 13th of the month falls on a Friday than on other Fridays.

"I find it hard to believe that it is because people are preventatively more careful or just stay home, but statistically speaking, driving is a little bit safer on Friday 13th," CVS statistician Alex Hoen told the Verzekerd insurance magazine.

In the last two years, Dutch insurers received reports of an average 7,800 traffic accidents each Friday, the CVS study said. But the average figure when the 13th fell on a Friday was just 7,500.

There were also fewer incidents of fire and theft, although the average value of losses on Fridays 13th was slightly higher.

How to set up a healthy sleep environment

Insomnia is a common condition. Most people will have an occasional bout of sleeplessness due to temporary stress, worry, or irregular schedule. However, when the inability to sleep well continues for weeks or months, it can become a health problem. If you have chronic insomnia, it may be caused by an underlying factor such as depression, anxiety, or pain. Your insomnia will probably improve or disappear when the cause is treated successfully. Sometimes poor sleep becomes a problem of its own. Dwelling on it only makes it worse. Simply changing your beliefs about sleep and your everyday behaviors can improve your sleep dramatically.

The following measures may help you sleep more soundly and wake up feeling more refreshed:

Establish a regular bedtime.
Wake up at the same time each day, including weekends, even if you haven’t slept well.
Avoid daytime napping.
Limit your consumption of caffeine (coffee, tea, caffeinated sodas), and don’t have any for at least 4 to 6 hours before bedtime.
Avoid tobacco use, especially near bedtime and upon awakening during the night—nicotine is a stimulant.
Avoid using alcohol late in the evening. It can cause awakening later in the night.
Avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. A light snack may help you sleep.
Don’t go to bed thirsty, but don’t drink so much you have to urinate frequently.
Get some exercise every day. It can be vigorous or moderate, but you should not exercise within 3 or 4 hours of bedtime because activity increases metabolism and alertness for a few hours.
Get plenty of sunlight in the outdoors, especially in late afternoon.
Minimize noise in the house, or mask it with a steady low noise such as keeping a fan running on slow speed, or a radio tuned to static. Use comfortable earplugs if needed.
Keep the room cool and dark. If you can’t darken the room, use a sleep mask.
Use a pillow and mattress that are comfortable for you.
If watching the clock makes you anxious about sleep, turn the clock so you can’t see it or put it in a drawer.
Reserve the bedroom for sleeping and sexual activity. A bit of light reading may help you fall asleep, but if it doesn’t, do your reading elsewhere in the house. Avoid watching television in bed.
Set aside time for problem solving earlier in the day so you don’t carry anxious thoughts to bed. Try writing down your worries in a "worry book," then set it aside well before bedtime.
Participate in relaxing activities before bedtime. Try deep breathing, yoga, meditation, tai chi, or muscle relaxation techniques. Take a warm bath. Play a quiet game or read a book.
If you can’t fall asleep, or you wake up in the middle of the night and don’t get back to sleep quickly, get out of bed and go to another room until you feel sleepy.
